Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns.
- Assist in training and development of team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Prepare reports on sales and staff performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong restaurant management and communication skills, ability to multitask.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee staff, manage operations, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail.
- PASSPORT IS VALID FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS
