Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain standards.
- Assist in menu planning and special events coordination.
- Can be assigned within NCR.
- Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership skills, adaptability, and a commitment to high service standards.
