We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester/ Analyst to add to our development team. The individual in this position will be highly motivated with experience developing and executing test scripts, documenting test results, and working with developers to interpret functional requirements, and address defects found during testing. Analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are required. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop automated scripts for features, defects and regression testing
• Develop test plans, test cases and scenarios
• Determine whether technologies are performing according to specifications
• Learn requirements and validate acceptance criteria
• Perform root cause analysis
• Identify, analyze, and document defects and impacts

• Experience with Jira
• Must have excellent communications skills; must be able to work well with a group or team, must be able to multi-task, and handle a project environment with multiple critical deadlines and peak periods.
• Knowledge of SQL database tools for researching, testing, and resolving identified system issues is a plus
• Experience with REST API is a plus
• Must be able to write and speak well in English

This is an office job, daytime hours, not a gig or a project but a full-time job. The office is near Ayala Center Cebu.
