1. Responsible for functional testing of various business modules in both front-end and back-end, performing requirement analysis, and developing testing strategies, plans, and schedules;

2. Responsible for the innovation of testing processes, strategies, methods, and tools, continuously improving testing quality and efficiency;

3. Identify and summarize issues that affect quality and efficiency, and proactively drive their resolution.

4. Required to work on-site in Shenzhen for the first 6 months, followed by remote work.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3-5 years of work experience; prior experience in financial business testing is preferred;

2. Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, Go, or Python, with strong coding skills;

3. Familiar with commonly used industry use case design methods and able to write accurate and effective test cases;

4. Proficient in using common testing tools and methods: packet capture tools, database tools, Linux operating techniques, etc.;

5. Capable of independently completing project testing tasks, effectively identifying and addressing intermediate issues, and continuously improving business familiarity and technical skills;

6. Self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team collaboration abilities, and a sense of responsibility;

7. Strong drive, with priority given to those with experience in cryptocurrency exchanges and team management experience.
