Description

  • Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain price quotes, negotiate contracts, and secure the best deals.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to assess purchasing needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
