Description

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, prices, and terms.
  • Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Help ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying better purchase deals.
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and stock level analysis.
  • Prepare basic reports and documentation related to procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any four year course preferably Civil Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
