The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and closing of IT projects, within scope, budget, and timeline. A strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams are essential

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage ISD (Information System Division) projects from initiation to completion. 

• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.

• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. 

• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders/steering committee. 

• Ensure project documentation and reports are up to date. 

• Support project lead with administrative tasks and coordination.

 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 

• 2-3 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or a related area, preferably with exposure to banking, finance, loans, or accounting. 

• Familiar in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). 

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Click Up). 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not required).
