Key Responsibilities

·    Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing and creative projects across multiple client accounts

·    Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes in collaboration with internal teams

·    Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, media, strategy, and development

·    Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment

·    Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary

·    Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes

·    Support post-project reviews and contribute to process improvements

Academic/Educational Requirements

·    Bachelor’s degree in project management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

·    2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or digital marketing (internships count!)

Required Skills

·    2–4 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or marketing environment

·    Experience managing digital campaigns or creative production workflows

·    Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

·    Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Slack)

·    Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms (e.g., social media, paid media, SEO)

Preferred Skills

·   Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

·   Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

·   Experience working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment

·   Understanding of digital advertising channels including paid social, display, search, and programmatic

·   Familiarity with design production software and tools

·   Exposure to photo/video shoots and content production

·   Ability to analyze campaign performance data and contribute to reporting

·   Experience working with remote or distributed teams

  

  

Must be willing to work Tues-Sat 12 midnight - 9am Manila Time

Must be comfortable working Homebased
