• Establish and maintain relationships with publishers and suppliers
• Assist internal and external teams in media proposal preparations through product knowledge of Innity proprietary solutions
• Assist in and product marketing and management and spearhead product roll-outs to the local team
• Provide digital advertising consultancy services focused on Rich Media and basic technical support to publishers
• Analyze trends and convert data into insights and actionable information
• Liaise with HQ team (MY) for product management, troubleshooting and regional requests
• Coordinate with external and internal teams to assist on product-related issues during campaign implementation
  
  

• Publisher onboarding– Hitting the team’s annual publisher recruitment and inventory targets
• Product knowledge– Expertise in Innity’s proprietary solutions
• Internal servicing– Customer satisfaction in servicing internal stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Advertising
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess an analytical mind and has good problem-solving skills
• Willingness to participate in constant learning and development
  
  

• Experience in negotiation and/or sales (account management or client services)
• At least 2 years of working experience in any of the following: digital media, advertising agency, publishing or tech company is preferred
• Experience in product management is a plus
