Key Responsibilities


Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications for Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.

Product Ownership:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarity on requirements and priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.

Salesforce Expertise:

  • Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to design and optimize customer service, marketing automation, and campaign management processes.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to ensure stakeholders understand and embrace new features and functionalities.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet quality standards.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to optimize customer engagement and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
