Continuously monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, combining insights from user needs to propose forward-looking product optimization and innovative operational plans.

2. User Growth and Retention

Based on user profiles and behavioral data, design multi-dimensional layered operational strategies to establish mechanisms for acquiring, activating, retaining, and recalling users at different life cycle stages.

Build and optimize the user growth system, facilitating the conversion of novice users into high-net-worth and high-engagement users.

3. Data-Driven and Strategy Iteration

Based on analytical results, dynamically iterate marketing activities, user path design, and product content strategies, achieving rapid validation and optimization.

Through regular data reviews and assessments, optimize resource allocation and enhance the actual conversion efficiency and commercial value of operational actions.

1. Experience in financial product operations: Possess practical operational experience with financial products (such as lending, on-chain staking, options, etc.), along with clear cases of growth, retention, and other results.

2. Familiarity with on-chain ecosystems: Understand mainstream on-chain lending and staking protocols and their operational logic, capable of integrating on-chain strategies with platform product design and promotion.

3. Business development skills: Experience in independently leading or participating in business collaborations, cross-project resource integration, and external resource introduction, with strong project management and negotiation skills; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.

Data analysis skills: Proficient in using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Python for user behavior analysis, event effectiveness tracking, and strategy review.

4. Financial professional background: Possess a background in finance, economics, mathematical statistics, or related fields, with an understanding of the structure and logic of traditional and cryptocurrency financial products.
