1. Responsible for the design and lifecycle management of DEX-related products;

2. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including R&D, operations, and marketing to drive project progress and ensure high-quality delivery of product features as planned;

3. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, gather user requirements, and identify product opportunities. Monitor product performance, continuously optimize user experience, and enhance product market competitiveness;

4. Gain an in-depth understanding of DEX product characteristics, propose product insights in line with platform product development plans, and promote their implementation;

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields;

2. Over 2 years of experience as an on-chain product manager, familiar with the operational models and core technologies of DEX products; at least 3 years of experience as a blockchain product manager;

3. Proficient in on-chain transactions, including spot swaps, perpetual trading, and cross-chain transactions;

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of driving cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project progress;

5. A strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, execution capability, and product ownership awareness, able to independently complete product-related function design;

6. Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, able to swiftly adjust relevant product strategies based on market changes;

7. Experience with products such as OKX Wallet, Bitget Wallet, Trust Wallet, and MetaMask, particularly in designing trading functionalities, is preferred.
