• Develop and implement ordering and delivery guidelines, including canvassing, sourcing, delivery, warehousing, and payment methodology.
• Conduct research and evaluation of suppliers, analyzing the comparison of their products, prices, and services.
• Develop, maintain, and implement records management processes, purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Develop and implement metrics for cost control and ensure effectiveness of the processes and procedures.
• Establish strong working relationships with logistics partners, internal clients, suppliers for efficient delivery of materials.
• Record and report the processing of refunds for delivered materials with discrepancies, verifying quantity, quality, specifications, expirations, etc.
• Implement and observe warranty management.
• Process and comply with requirements for credit line application from suppliers.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field.
• Purchaser at least 1 year and above
• Experience in a construction industry as purchaser is a plus.
• Organized and excellent in record keeping.
• Communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
