The Premium Office Manager will oversee the maintenance and management of premium office spaces, ensuring a top-tier experience for clients and staff. This role involves implementing office policies, assisting high-profile clients and brokers, and handling special requests. You will provide detailed project information, facilitate client presentations, and manage walk-in clients when needed. Additionally, you'll coordinate the reservation process, activate and support accredited brokers, and prepare comprehensive reports. Strong organizational and client service skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce premium office policies and procedures
  • Assist high-profile brokers and clients with their needs
  • Provide detailed project information and conduct client presentations
  • Manage walk-in clients and ensure exceptional service
  • Facilitate reservation processes for broker sales
  • Support the activation of accredited brokers and their agents
  • Prepare and manage daily and monthly reports
  • Monitor sales activities, including account bookings and after-sales service
