1. Schedule & Calendar Management
• Organize and manage the employer’s calendar, including appointments and travel.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure meetings and commitments are scheduled efficiently.
2. Communication & Correspondence
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the employer.
• Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the employer and clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.
3. Travel & Event Planning
• Arrange flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Plan and coordinate personal or professional events.
4. Task & Errand Management
• Handle personal tasks such as shopping, bookings, and other day-to-day errands.
• Maintain confidential files and manage sensitive information securely.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
