We’re searching for Lead Partnership Manager to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!


Key Responsibilities:


The Lead Partnership Manager, Partnership Management, holds accountability and ownership for formulation of Business plan – with all NCS stakeholders and Partner stakeholders.


  • Pursues commercial business activities for rebates and incentives while working with the solution sales team. He/she is able to provide basic recommendation for comparison of partner performance with high level analysis.
  • Manages the Tier 2 to Tier 4 partners independently while providing support to the Partnership Director for Tier 1partners. He/she drives and leads the negotiations with the Tier 2 to Tier 4 partners and is required to review the agreement document together with the Contract Manager and Legal to secure the eventual agreement with the partner.
  • The Lead Partnership Manager, Partnership Management, facilitates the process to identify segments and accounts for collaboration between Partner and NCS CSUs by setting up the meeting and ensuring account mapping sessions between NCS CSUs and partners are done.
  • Work with Contract Manager and Legal to review all agreements documents and follow through with partner to secure eventual agreement for Tier 2 -4 partners.
  • With the guidance of the Contract Manager, come up with the various mitigation explanation for internal review by Risk/Management.
  • Drive and lead the negotiations with the partner for various program and agreements conditions in the interest of NCS. Facilitate the process to identify segments and accounts for collaboration between Partner and NCS CSUs. Setup the meeting and ensure the following for such account mapping sessions between NCS CSUs and partners (for Tier 1-4 partners).
  • Plan/Select and budget for GTM events in discussion with Partner and CSUs-including budget, format, timing, objectives (for Tier 1 -4 partners). Come up with a plan to effectively utilize all partner funding including MDFs.
  • Organize Presales training for SS/Solution Office and help partner /CSU to identify important content. Review partner training content for suitability. Secure funding for such training in NCS, or from partner (for Tier 1 -4partners).
  • Organize post sales training for delivery to identify important content- including any required certifications. Review partner training content for suitability. Secure funding for such training in NCS, or from partner (for Tier1-4 partners).
  • Organize CSU training (including elevator pitch) for CSU and help partner/CSU to identify important content.Review partner training content for suitability. Secure funding for such training in NCS, or from partner.
  • Identify the required training and certifications for meeting the partner tiering requirement and ambition (upgrade from silver to gold) and/or customer tender requirement. Secure written commitment from practice lead to fulfil the training plan and secure the funding internally or from partner for such training.
  • Pursue commercial business activities for rebates and incentives including accrual


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/Master Degree in Business or related
  • At least 5+ years of related experience
