Description

  • Packing and Handling:

    • Fold, sort, and package garments according to order specifications.
    • Label packages accurately with customer details, product descriptions, and shipping information.
    • Inspect garments for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packing.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Track inventory levels and inform supervisors of low stock or discrepancies.
    • Organize and maintain the packing area to ensure a smooth workflow.
    • Assist in restocking garments and supplies when needed.

  • Order Fulfillment:

    • Verify orders against packing lists or invoices to ensure accuracy.
    • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring they are securely packed to avoid damage.
    • Coordinate with delivery staff or courier services to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

  • Maintaining Cleanliness:

    • Keep the packing area clean and organized at all times.
    • Dispose of packaging waste and ensure adherence to company policies on waste management.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other team members to meet daily packing and shipping goals.
    • Assist in other production tasks when required.

    Requirements

    • Attention to Detail: Ensure orders are packed accurately and garments are handled carefully.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain an orderly workspace.
    • Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, bending, and lifting packages for extended periods.
    • Time Management: Work efficiently to meet daily packing and shipping deadlines.
