  • Product Packing:

    • Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
    • Assemble, label, and fill boxes or containers with the appropriate products.
    • Seal and secure packages to prevent damage during transportation.
    • Ensure packaging materials meet company and customer standards.

  • Quality Control:

    • Verify that the correct quantity and type of product are packed for each order.
    • Report any damaged or defective items to the supervisor.
    • Maintain consistent quality to meet company and customer requirements.

  • Inventory and Documentation:

    • Keep accurate records of packed items and report completed tasks.
    • Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of packing materials.
    • Use scanners or other tools to track and label products if required.

  • Workplace Maintenance:

    • Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
    • Dispose of waste materials properly and follow company safety guidelines.
    • Inspect and maintain packing tools and equipment regularly.

    Requirements

    • Attention to Detail: Ensure products are packed accurately and securely.
    • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy packages.
    • Time Management: Meet packing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Teamwork: Work effectively with other staff members to meet production goals.
    • Basic Math Skills: Ability to count and verify items accurately.
