Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Coordinate department activities and special projects. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
  • Assess and establish the applicable legal requirements of the company's environmental compliance.
  • Recommend, develop and maintain computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
  • Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.
  • Communicate with other Supervisors and Managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1-4yrs experienced employee specializing in Engineering/ Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical or Automotive) or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
