Description
- Perform and coordinate administrative / general tasks
- Draft letters and documents
- Engage with exhibitors and maintain correspondence with them
- Assist in handling all the concerns of the exhibitors
- Prepare and cascade agenda and minutes of the meeting
- Organize and maintain records and documents
- Accomplish other tasks that may be delegated from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Work or internship experience in operations or events management
- Amenable to full onsite work in Greenhills, San Juan
- Willing to work on Monday to Saturday schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
