Description

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on company initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the schedules of General Managers, including appointments and meetings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between General Managers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the General Managers.
  • Generating reports, monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for the General Managers.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports as requested by the General Managers.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Perform general office duties such as maintaining office equipment, and managing mail.

Requirements

  • At-least college graduate. Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential and relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.
  • Admin experience is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software (Canva and Adobe).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
