Description
- Design and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
- Provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit), strong analytical skills, and project management abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop architectural plans, collaborate with clients and engineers, and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with on-site project visits; flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable design.
