Description
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in project planning, ensuring designs align with client goals and regulations.
- Manage logistics and site organization.
- Site Supervision:
- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Guide contractors to follow architectural plans.
- Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Oversee quality control to maintain construction standards.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the design team and construction team.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Budget & Schedule Management:
- Track project progress, keeping it on schedule and within budget.
- Address scope changes or delays.
- Safety & Problem-Solving:
- Ensure site safety and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Final Inspection & Handover:
- Conduct final inspections and ensure project completion for client handover.
- Willing to be assign on different location
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with site visits; may require long hours to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, effective communicator, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to relocate
