Description

  • A Messenger is responsible for delivering and collecting messages, documents, parcels, and packages within a designated area or to specific locations. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining communication with clients or supervisors, and adhering to safety and company protocols.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Deliver messages, documents, and parcels to clients, businesses, or other locations as per instructions.

    1. Pick up packages and documents for delivery.

    1. Ensure items are handled carefully and delivered in a timely manner.

    1. Record delivery and pickup details, including dates, times, and any issues.

    1. Maintain proper communication with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth operations.

    1. Follow all traffic and safety laws while navigating the delivery route.

    1. Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure receipts are obtained when necessary.

    1. Report any issues or discrepancies with deliveries to the supervisor.

    1. Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including organizing delivery schedules.
