Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Records Clerk at Ardent. The role will be based in Mandaluyong with some flexibility for remote work after 3 months. The Medical Records Clerk will be responsible for managing medical records, utilizing medical terminology, maintaining communication with various parties, and utilizing clerical skills for efficient record-keeping.
