Description
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a relevant field
- Proven experience in machine maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
