• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact and reach.

• Proven experience in digital marketing (Paid ads, sales funnel, social media, email marketing, etc) for US-based clients in a leadership role in the real estate industry
• Proactive, can give directions, execute, and lead with proven experience in team management
