Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. 


The LinkedIn Marketing Specialist will focus on developing and managing content strategies, crafting scripts for videos, editing engaging videos, and managing overall LinkedIn activities to enhance brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and proactive in identifying new opportunities to grow our LinkedIn presence.


  • Content Planning: Develop and manage a LinkedIn content calendar that aligns with the company’s goals and branding.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all LinkedIn activities, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Scriptwriting: Create compelling scripts for LinkedIn videos to ensure clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
  • Video Editing: Edit high-quality, professional videos tailored for LinkedIn to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Engagement: Proactively identify trends, hashtags, and opportunities to boost visibility and engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze LinkedIn metrics to refine strategies and optimize results.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Innovation: Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to elevate the brand’s LinkedIn presence.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Strong skills in content planning, scriptwriting, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
  • Excellent understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and self-driven with a passion for social media marketing.
