Description

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with network configurations and system installations.
  • Document support processes and maintain user guides.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improvements.
  • Train users on software applications and system functionalities.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in system operation, backup and recovery, Windows Server management, and database operation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, perform system backups, and assist with recovery processes.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in an office environment, with possible after-hours support required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
