Description
- Operations Management: Oversee daily café activities, including maintaining computers, internet connectivity, and software updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Customer Service & Sales: Provide excellent customer support, manage memberships, and drive revenue through promotions, snacks, and additional services.
- Staff & Financial Management: Supervise employees, handle scheduling, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability through efficient budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in computer hardware, software troubleshooting, networking, and basic IT maintenance.
- Customer Service & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to assist customers, resolve issues, and manage staff effectively.
- Business & Financial Skills: Experience in sales, budgeting, inventory management, and optimizing profitability.
