  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the internet cafe, including managing computer stations, internet connectivity, and software updates.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and providing performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service, IT, or management is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, network troubleshooting, and basic IT maintenance; strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling technical and operational challenges effectively.
