Influencer Marketing Coordinator (VA)



Work Set up: Hybrid Setup / Work From Home | Angeles City 

Work Shift: Monday to Friday | US Shift (Night Shift)


WHO ARE WE, WHAT DO WE DO?  


The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing within the fashion or beauty industry. The coordinator will handle influencer scouting, database management, product gifting, campaign execution, reporting, and administrative tasks related to influencer partnerships.


Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies for, focusing on video and static ads.
  • Identify target audiences, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to inform campaign planning.
  • Set clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Create detailed campaign calendars and timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Creative Development and Execution:

  • Conceptualize, create, and produce high-quality video and static ads tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and videographers to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Ensure all ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Write engaging ad copy and scripts that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.
  • Platform Management and Optimization:
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
  • Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting strategies, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports on results and insights.
  • Adjust campaigns in real time to maximize ROI and achieve objectives.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.


Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, video marketing, and social media.
  • Research and experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and creative experimentation in paid advertising.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate campaign updates, performance reports, and insights to the marketing manager and other team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an influencer or social media marketing role at a fashion or beauty company.
  • Ability to identify innovative influencer collaboration opportunities.
  • Ensuring brand messaging is executed consistently across influencer content.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and Project management tools
