Description
- Support recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, proficiency in HRIS, knowledge of employee relations, payroll processing, and talent management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruiting, support payroll operations, and manage employee relations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player.
