We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled People Technology Analyst to join our team, specializing in Workday integrations and the interconnectivity of systems within our People Technology landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across HR platforms, enabling efficient operations and insightful analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Integrations:

• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements as needed.

Systems Interfaces & Ecosystem Management:

• Manage interfaces between Workday and other People Technology tools including:
• Data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Employee survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp)
• Local HRIS platforms
• Access and identity management tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems through effective interface design and maintenance.
• Partner with IT and vendor teams to support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a focus on Workday integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with middleware platforms and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and HR systems landscape.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with global HR systems and multi-country integrations.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
