Administrative Support:
Manage the employee database, file and maintain HR records, handle correspondence, and maintain departmental calendars and schedules.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating new employee orientations.
Payroll & Benefits:
Help process payroll, manage employee attendance and leaves, and assist with benefit enrollment and related issues.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between the HR department and employees, answering questions, and providing support for HR-related inquiries.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare HR documentation, submit reports on HR activities, and maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information.

Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Degree in Human Resources or related field
