Description
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management executives
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) like but not limited to Leave Credits, Shortages, Loans (SSS,HDMF), Insurances, and other Monetary Deductions.
- In-charge of Payroll preparation.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
Requirements
- Graduate of HRD or Business related courses.
- With experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With knowledge with the DOLE Basic Rules regarding Compensation.
- Has excellent organizational, quantitative and analytical skills.
- With keen attention to details.
- Self-motivated and can remain calm in stressful events.
