JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Global HR Compliance in preparation for the upcoming RBA Certification Audit.
• Conduct supplier audit and pre-qualification review for potential suppliers or customers (LABOR and ETHICS).
• Ensure the company's compliance with the RBA standards by the suppliers and all other third-party service providers.
• Develop communication materials and collaterals related to Compliance activities.
• Perform internal audits on HR procedures and processes to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Participate in any external or third-party audits.
• Ensure that any open issues in Corrective Action Reports (CAR) are properly monitored.
• Provide administrative support in all Global HR Compliance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Open for a Temporary One-Year Assignment only
• Graduate of any four-year course
• 1 - 3 years of related experience
• Fluent in both oral and written English and the local language, with strong interpersonal skills
• Possesses analytical skills and attention to detail
• Skilled in business writing
• Knowledgeable in Labor Code and other government rulings
• Knowledgeable in RBA Code of Conduct and related standards
• Basic understanding of the Semiconductor or Electronic/Manufacturing industry
