Job Purpose:

• This job is responsible for project designs, cost estimates, cutting list preparation, and other technical services necessary to generate sales of all company products and services per established policies and guidelines.

Job Scope:

Facilitation of project estimates, which includes the following:

• Preparation of the drawings/Plan through the use of ACAD or conventional drafting for projects for estimate & installation, and/or whenever required.
• Preparation of cutting list, bent details, and other accessories required
• Preparation of requirements for Sales Quotations for Special Projects.
• Preparation of Bar Chart (activity sequencing) for project timetable.

• Performs/assists with actual measurements for projects that need cost estimation and other technical support.
• Provide technical assistance to walk-in/in-house and/or prospective buyers.
• Assist in Product Presentation and extend technical assistance as requested by sales personnel.
• Conducted product and technical sessions/orientation for all marketing personnel who needed the required knowledge.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors for the attainment of company goals.

Job Specification:

EDUCATION:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree related to Civil Engineering/Architecture

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of six months in a related field.
