Job Summary:

Responsible for partnering with the business to define, design and implement various people initiative in collaboration with other HR functions that positively impact the organization's performance and or culture.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in data analysis and reporting for HR projects, helping teams make data-informed decisions.
  • Provide support to HR teams on various initiatives and tasks.
  • Participate in complex employee relations tasks.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and data management.
  • Assist in the maintenance and update of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR training and development activities. Collaborate with HR colleagues on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation and records.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in HR analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency in data management and interpretation
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Dedication to continuous learning and industry knowledge
