Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution to ensure a positive workplace environment
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment strategies, succession planning, and development programs to build organizational capability
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving employee engagement and retention
  • Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and business initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while overseeing the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll programs
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee development
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support organizational needs while promoting a positive culture


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices across multiple disciplines (talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective people strategies
  • Experience supporting diverse teams in multiple locations, with multinational experience preferred
  • Excellent consultative, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of influencing without direct authority
