1. Design and development of blockchain-based products;

2. Complete detailed design based on system requirements and overall architecture;

3. Responsible for building the underlying blockchain platform, designing, developing, and optimizing contract matching code;

4. Responsible for providing technical guidance for blockchain-related research and development work, and tracking cutting-edge blockchain technologies;

1. More than 5 years of R&D experience, with over 3 years in architecture design, familiar with mainstream design principles and patterns;

2. Proficient in Java, skilled in various open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Data, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and understanding of underlying principles;

3. Familiar with Golang and Python, capable of using them as development languages;

4. Well-versed in common backend architectures and technologies, with extensive practical experience in one or more areas such as distributed system design, microservices architecture, container deployment, and big data processing;

5. Familiar with mainstream relational and non-relational databases (such as MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis), and experienced with common technologies like distributed caching, message queues, and full-text search;

6. Understanding of transaction matching systems, clearing and settlement systems, and risk control systems, with architectural insights into these areas;

7. Some knowledge of quantitative trading.

8. Experience with blockchain exchange projects is a plus.
