Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and answering user questions;
Timely feedback on existing issues, collecting and organizing problems;
Possess strong business acumen, able to grasp basic business concepts after training. Candidates with financial knowledge and experience will be preferred;
Brainstorm obstacles in user experience, identify user needs, and promote problem-solving and process optimization;
Able to adapt to shift work or long night shifts.

Strong logical thinking skills, capable of determining the true needs of users;
Fluent in Korean and English, with Chinese language skills preferred;
Passionate about customer service, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem-solving solutions;
Ability to effectively adjust communication methods and styles based on different audiences;
Self-management skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
Experience in providing support to customers, with support methods including phone, email, ticketing, and online chat services.
