Description

  • Provide text-based consulting services to platform users via email/online chat, addressing and resolving various issues encountered while using the platform.
  • Offer professional product consulting services for the platform's customers.
  • Calm and reassure customers, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • When necessary, record customer inquiries and relay their needs to relevant departments for product optimization.
  • Inform customers about system and product changes to ensure they are updated on all major changes.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership.


Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset. Experience in customer support and service is preferred.
  • Good team collaboration skills and execution ability, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • At least one year of experience as an English customer service representative in the virtual currency, securities, or financial exchange sectors.
  • Background or knowledge in the financial industry (stocks, futures) is a plus.
