Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations in a professional manner.
  • Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
