  • Greet visitors, provide assistance, and direct them to the appropriate person or office. 
  • Answer and screen phone calls, direct calls to the correct personnel, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. 
  • Manage calendars, book meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff and clients. 
  • Sort and distribute mail, make copies, file documents, and perform data entry. 
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized, monitor and order office supplies, and coordinate with maintenance staff. 
  • At least College Level/Diploma
  • Computer Literate
  • Good Communication Skills
  • With Pleasing Personality
  • Willing to be assigned in DREAM TOWER, LIBIS QUEZON CITY
