• Near Hire Academy (NHA) is a 15-day training program designed to enhance candidates' language proficiency and prepare them for a successful career at Sutherland. During the training, participants will receive daily meal vouchers and a stipend upon completion.

Through the NHA curriculum, you will:

• Develop effective communication skills
• Refine grammar usage
• Master sentence structure
• Participate in speech exercises and interview simulations
• Upon successful completion of the program, passers will be endorsed to the employment application process at Sutherland.
