Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Forecasting – Develop financial models, analyze key drivers, and provide insights to senior management.
• Budgeting & Planning – Assist in preparing and monitoring annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to track performance.
• Business Partnering – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Process Improvement – Optimize financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and mentor junior analysts.
• Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to financial regulations and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• CFA or CPA certification is a plus

Location: LISP II, Calamba, Laguna (On-site initially)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
