Description

  • We are seeking proactive, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Financial Solutions Consultants. In this role, you will serve as a key representative of our organization, working closely with our partner bank to deliver tailored financial solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to bank clients, helping them navigate and select from a suite of insurance offerings, while fostering strong relationships with branch personnel to drive growth and client engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Educate and engage bank clients on a range of Traditional and Variable life insurance products tailored to their financial needs.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of assigned bank branches.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and bank staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, business retention, and portfolio expansion.
  • Branch Presence: Maintain an active presence at your designated bank branch and provide timely updates and performance reports to your Area Sales Head.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in sales; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Availability: Must be ready to start within 15 days of the job offer.
