Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing administrative and operational support to brokers, ensuring seamless workflows and excellent client service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist brokers with day-to-day tasks, including managing client inquiries, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and review documentation, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support broker activities and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required reports and documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations to better assist brokers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in brokerage, customer support, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
