We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our plant facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate reporting, effective cost management, and alignment of financial planning with operational goals.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities

• Supervise plant-level financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the operations team to align financial plans with production goals and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain standard costing systems and ensure proper allocation of costs.
• Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and reconciliation of stock movements.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Analyze operational performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial efficiency.
• Assist in the development of capital expenditure budgets and track project financials.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Implement financial controls and safeguard plant assets against fraud or mismanagement.
• Lead and develop the plant finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with the corporate finance department to ensure alignment of plant financial performance with group objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and plant operations.
• Proficient in financial planning, analysis tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to financial stewardship.
